The character limit in the SMM app. Due to delivery issues the Text Messages cannot be longer than 320 characters.
Also telecommunication companies mark those messages as Spam if the message is too long. That’s why we have added the limit of 320 Characters.

Because if the text message/SMS is too long, your patients will not be able to receive it completely as the other user is receiving the message on their iPhone/Android phones.

In order to avoid these issues we have added the character limits.
What we suggest is that you send your text messages in pieces/chunks like traditional text messages rather than long paragraphs – So it’s easier for patients to read and respond.
